To calculate the team's predicted finish time, enter the best 5K time, in minutes and seconds, for each runner, then click on the "Calculate Predicted Time" button.

Team Handicap Predicted Finish Time Adjusted Time

The predicted time calculator uses a slightly different rule from the one that has been published elsewhere (3.5 times the sum of the 5K times). These modified predictions have proved to be somewhat more accurate.
